MyClaw provides a service for running and interacting with AI agents. This Privacy Policy explains the information we may process to operate, protect, and improve that service.
Information we process
We may process account information such as your email address and identifiers needed for authentication and service delivery. We may also process service configuration and technical metadata needed to provision, secure, and operate your MyClaw experience.
Chat and AI processing
Messages and responses may be processed by AI model providers configured for an agent, including OpenRouter and the underlying providers or models they make available. These providers may act as third parties that process content in order to deliver the responses you request. Cloudflare may process or host data needed to operate MyClaw infrastructure and its control plane. We do not sell personal data.
We retain data only for the period reasonably necessary to operate and protect the service and meet applicable obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and operational or legal needs. Our chat workflow may temporarily store messages and responses in chat jobs while a request is routed and completed.
If you choose to interact through WhatsApp, we may process your WhatsApp identifier or number identifier (wa_id), message content, message IDs, and metadata needed to receive, route, process, and respond to messages. WhatsApp messages may be sent to the AI providers configured for your agent as described above. MyClaw is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or WhatsApp.
How we use information
We use information only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, provide support, protect accounts and systems, prevent abuse, and improve the service where appropriate.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Data deletion
You may request deletion of data associated with your account by writing to [email protected]. We may verify a request when necessary for security. We may retain information where needed for legal obligations, security, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate operational needs. We do not promise immediate deletion or a specific completion period.

Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above indicates the latest version.
