Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MyClaw, a service that helps you run and interact with AI agents and related managed infrastructure.

The service

MyClaw may provide account access, managed agent infrastructure, chat interfaces, and optional channels such as WhatsApp. Features may change as the service evolves.

Your account, agent, and API usage

You are responsible for activity under your account, the instructions and tools connected to your agent, and any API credentials, third-party accounts, or usage costs you choose to use. Keep your credentials secure and use the service only with authority to do so.

Acceptable use

You must not use MyClaw to break the law, harm others, infringe rights, distribute malware, evade security controls, abuse messaging channels, overload systems, or attempt unauthorized access. We may investigate and act on suspected abuse.

Third-party services

AI model providers, messaging platforms, hosting providers, and other third parties may have their own terms, availability, pricing, and policies. MyClaw is not responsible for third-party services or model outputs.

Availability

The service is provided on an availability basis without an SLA at this time. Maintenance, provider issues, network events, and feature changes may affect availability.

Suspension and termination

We may change, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, operational reasons, or service changes. You may stop using the service at any time.

Intellectual property

MyClaw and its service materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You retain rights you hold in your content, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyClaw is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for losses arising from AI outputs, third-party services, or your use of agent instructions and integrations.
